Power yoga パワーヨガ

I used DVD of “the yoga basic” habitually, but purchased DVD of “the power yoga” of the same series newly.
「ヨガベーシック」のDVDを愛用していましたが、同じシリーズの「パワーヨガ」のDVDを新しく購入してみました。

The tempo was good, and it was good that the near future changed a little.
テンポもよく、少し目先が変わってよかったです。
